Piaglasn Refund and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your experience remains positive. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products and receiving a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or mishandling.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@piaglasn.com or call (772) 337-9262 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange:

- Indicate that you prefer an exchange instead of a refund when contacting customer service.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide detailed photos of the damage and proof of purchase to expedite the process. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.
